Foundedin2013bytheChaoyangDistrictGovernmentwiththeapprovaloftheBeijingMunicipalGovernment,BeijingAcademyisatwelve-yearpublicschoolguidedbythemotto"Betterme,betterworld".Itiscommittedtoaninternational,modern,andhigh-qualityeducationandbuildingamodernschoolwithBeijingstyle,Chinesetemperamentandglobalhorizon.

北京中学从2017年开始进行国际理解教育实验班的探索，2020年高中中外课程合作项目获北京市教委批准，与美国格伦罗克高中共建融合课程体系。作为CIS和WASC双认证，CollegeBoard、CambridgeInternational和ACT-GAC授权学校，我们以国家课程为根基，开设22门AP课程及丰富校本选修课程体系（与高中部共享资源），搭建完整的实践育人与升学指导体系。

BeijingAcademybeganitsexplorationofinternationalunderstandingeducationwithanexperimentalclassin2017.In2020,itsSino-UScooperativecurriculumprogramwasapprovedbytheBeijingMunicipalEducationCommission,andanintegratedcurriculumwasdevelopedinpartnershipwithGlenRockHighSchoolintheUnitedStates.BeijingAcademyisaccreditedbybothCISandWASC,aswellasauthorizedbytheCollegeBoard,CambridgeInternational,andACT-GAC.Groundedinthenationalcurriculum,weoffer22APcoursesandawiderangeofschool-basedelectives(sharedwiththehighschooldivision),alongsideacomprehensiveframeworkforpractice-basededucationandcollegecounselling.

自2020年首届毕业生起，连续七年收获"美国藤校/前十大学"的录取结果，先后有学生斩获美国哈佛大学、宾夕法尼亚大学、斯坦福大学、加州理工学院、约翰霍普金斯大学、达特茅斯学院、布朗大学、康奈尔大学、西北大学等名校offer，学子们更是获得英国G5大满贯（剑桥大学、牛津大学、帝国理工学院、伦敦政经学院、伦敦大学学院），录取国家和地区愈发多元(加拿大、澳大利亚、中国香港、法国、日本、新西兰等)。Sinceourfirstgraduatingclassin2020,ourgraduateshavebeenadmittedtoIvyLeagueschoolsortop-10USuniversitiesforsevenconsecutiveyears.OurstudentshavereceivedoffersfromHarvardUniversity,theUniversityofPennsylvania,StanfordUniversity,CaliforniaInstituteofTechnology,JohnsHopkinsUniversity,DartmouthCollege,BrownUniversity,CornellUniversity,andNorthwesternUniversity,aswellasfromtheUK'sprestigiousG5universities—theUniversityofCambridge,theUniversityofOxford,ImperialCollegeLondon,theLondonSchoolofEconomicsandPoliticalScience,andUniversityCollegeLondon.BeyondtheUnitedStatesandtheUnitedKingdom,ourgraduatesgoontouniversitiesinanincreasinglydiverserangeofcountriesandregions,includingCanada,Australia,HongKongSAR（China),France,Japan,andNewZealand.

我们期待你：统招硕士及以上学历，具备相关学科、学段教师资格证书；专业知识扎实，具备良好的教学设计能力、课堂把控能力与团队协作能力，英文功底扎实，可胜任双语教学工作；热爱教育事业，认同学校办学理念，品行端正、责任心强；学习能力、创新能力突出，有海外求学经历、国际课程学习或实习经历者优先。

我们期待你：北京市内在职在编教师，符合朝阳区教委所属事业单位招聘条件；外省市教师须具有省级特级教师称号或金牌教练，原则上不超过45周岁；熟悉国际课程教学体系，具备良好的双语授课与课堂把控能力，能够独立完成课程设计、课堂教学、学情辅导等工作；热爱教育事业，认同学校办学理念，品行端正、责任心强，具备良好的团队协作能力。同等条件下，具有相关学科骨干称号者优先。

RecentgraduateswithoutBeijinghukou(householdregistration)whomeettherequirementsofBeijing'stalentintroductionpolicywillbegrantedBeijinghukouandapermanentpublic-schoolteachingpost,withthesamecompensationandbenefitsasin-serviceteachersatpublicschoolsinChaoyangDistrict.

2.住房支持：

HousingSupport

单身教师学校可提供宿舍；博士、特级教师和省级骨干教师有机会优先解决人才公租房。

Singleteachersmaybeofferedon-campusdormitories;PhDholders,Special-GradeTeachers,andprovincial-levelbackboneteachersmaybegivenpriorityforpublicrentalhousing.

3.薪酬福利：

SalaryandBenefits

基础薪资、绩效奖金、课时补贴、各类专项津贴；五险一金、带薪寒暑假、年度体检、工会福利一应俱全。
