Bachelor’s Degree is required. MBA or advanced engineering degree is preferred. 10+ years in product management/product development/global sourcing/business development/project management is required. Experience in interacting with suppliers in different geographies are required. Self-motivated and results driven High attention to detail, comfortable with “hands-on” management of tasks, and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. Demonstrated data-driven decision making or quantitative analysis skills. Understand manufacturing and quality assurance processes Excellent negotiation skills Proficient in Excel Excellent English and Mandarin Chinese written and verbal communication skills Preferred qualifications Experience in cost negotiations, lean supply chain management, and international logistics are a plus.

Primary responsibilities include: Creation of category vendor management and sourcing strategy for one or more categories Drive continuous cost optimization Conduct supplier management Partner with the cross functional teams for first class product development Identify defects and develop scalable processes/tech solutions to address and accelerate our Private Label business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tools and productivity.
