任职要求
• 本科及以上学历，计算机科学或相关专业。 • 7年以上Java后端开发经验，熟悉Spring Boot / Spring Cloud框架。 • 7年以上带领至少10人的Java开发团队的管理经验，具备成熟的团队建设与绩效管理能力。 • 精通微服务架构、RESTful API设计、消息中间件（Kafka、RabbitMQ等）及数据库（MySQL、PostgreSQL或NoSQL）。 • 有使用AI工具 ，云平台（AWS、Azure或阿里云）和CI/CD经验，熟悉容器化（Docker、Kubernetes）。 • 扎实的软件工程与系统设计能力，能领导复杂系统的技术架构决策。 • 优秀的沟通、协调及跨文化合作能力，英语流利。 • 有全球化或汽车行业项目经验者优先。 • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field. • 7+ years of experience in Java backend development with Spring Boot / Spring Cloud. • 7+ years of experience leading a Java development team of more than 10 engineers, with proven skills in team management and performance development. • Strong knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL). • Hands-on experience with AI tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud), CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). • Solid understanding of software engineering and system architecture; capable of leading complex technical decisions. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international environment; fluent in English. • Experience in global projects or the automotive industry is a plus.
