Responsibilities:
1.Developcurriculumplans,learningmaterials,andassessmentschemestailoredtostudents’individualneeds.OfferEAPandIELTSpreparationcoursesforundergraduates(10-16regularteachinghoursperweekorasarrangedaccordingtothecollege’scourserequirements).
2.Assessstudents’assignments,provideregularfeedback,andmaintainaccuraterecordsofstudents’progress.
3.OrganizeandparticipateinextracurricularEnglishlearningactivitiesforstudents.Holdregularofficehours(minimum8hoursperweek)toprovideacademicsupportandindividualtutorialsforstudentsasneeded.
4.Participateindepartmentalmeetingsandprofessionaldevelopmentactivitiestosupportcontinuousimprovementinteachingpractice.
5.Otherpost-relatedresponsibilities.
Requirements:
1.ApplicantsmusthavenocriminalrecordandcomplywiththelawsandregulationsofthePeople’sRepublicofChina.
2.ApplicantsshouldbecitizensofrecognizedEnglish-speakingcountries(e.g.theUnitedStates,theUnitedKingdom,Canada,Australia,NewZealandandsoon)andpossessnative-levelEnglishproficiency.
3.Bachelor’sdegreeorhigherinEducation,English,Linguistics,orrelatedfields.ApplicantswhocompletedtheirundergraduateeducationinanEnglish-speakingcountryarealsoencouragedtoapply,regardlessofacademicmajor.
4.TESOL,TEFL,CELTA,DELTA,orequivalentteachingqualificationsarerequired.
5.Minimumof2yearsofuniversityteachingexperience(experienceinteachingEAPorIELTSpreferred).Outstandingcandidateswithstrongteachingqualificationsmaybeconsideredeveniftheydonotfullymeettheexperiencerequirement.

北京体育大学海南国际学院拟招聘3名经验丰富的英语外籍教师加入我们的团队，为本科生教授学术英语和雅思。
一、学院简介：
北京体育大学海南国际学院所属的阿尔伯塔国际休闲体育与旅游学院成立于2022年6月，是经中华人民共和国教育部发文批准，由北京体育大学与加拿大阿尔伯塔大学联合申报的中外合作办学机构，是中国首个体育类非独立法人中外合作办学机构。学院隶属于北京体育大学，办学地点位于海南省陵水黎安国际教育创新试验区。
二、岗位职责：
1.制定符合学生个性化需求的课程计划、学习材料和评估方案。开设学术英语课程和雅思考试辅导（每周10-16个常规课时，或根据学院课程需求安排）。
2.检查学生的作业并定期向学生提供反馈，准确记录学生的学习进度。
3.组织指导学生的英语学习活动，为学生提供每周不少于8小时的英语课外辅导。
4.参加部门会议和职业发展活动，提高教学技能和知识水平。
5.其他岗位相关职责。
三、岗位要求：
1.无犯罪记录。遵守中华人民共和国法律法规。
2.来自公认英语国家（美国、英国、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰等）的精通英语母语者。
3.教育、英语、语言学或相关领域的学士或更高学位。在英语国家接受本科教育的应聘者，专业可不作限制。
4.取得TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/DELTA认证或同等教学资格。
5.至少2年的大学教学经验（有EAP或雅思教学经验者优先）。特别优秀者且满足上述第4条教学资格的应聘者，可放宽教学经验相关条件。
6.熟悉最新的教学法和教学技术。
