中西医结合系（筹）：上海交通大学医学院中西医结合学科底蕴深厚，拥有国内首批中西医结合临床博士点，经过长期积淀，学科已构建起“医疗-教学-科研-转化”全链条创新体系，培养了大批中西医结合领军人才。

ShanghaiJiaoTongUniversitySchoolofMedicinehasalong-standingandwell-establishedtraditioninintegratedChineseandWesternmedicine,andwasamongthefirstinstitutionsinChinatoestablishaclinicaldoctoralprograminthisdiscipline.Buildingonsustaineddevelopment,thedisciplinehasdevelopedacomprehensiveinnovationecosystemintegratingclinicalcare,education,research,andtranslationalapplications,andhastrainedalargenumberofleadingexpertsinintegratedChineseandWesternmedicine.

二、岗位要求/PositionRequirements
1.遵纪守法，品行端正；热爱高等教育事业，爱岗敬业，善于协作，乐于奉献；治学严谨，身心健康。
2.原则上年龄在55周岁以下，具有博士学位，在海外一流院校获得长聘副教授及以上教职，或在国内知名院校任教并获得重要国家级项目的中青年领军人才。
3.具有相关领域专业背景，研究成果突出，立足国际学术前沿，具备学科顶层战略规划能力，能够引领学科高质量创新发展。
4.应聘者能全职到岗开展工作。

3.ExpertiseandLeadership
Candidatesshouldhaveastrongacademicbackgroundintherelevantdiscipline,anoutstandingresearchtrackrecord,aninternationalperspectiveattheforefrontoftheirfield,andthestrategicvisionandplanningcapabilitytoleadhigh-quality,innovation-drivendisciplinarydevelopment.
4.Full-TimeCommitment
Candidatesshouldbeabletoworkfull-timeattheCollege.

4.Team-BuildingSupport
Thesuccessfulcandidatewillbeprovidedwithseveralresearchassistants,whosecompensationwillbecoveredbytheSchoolofMedicine.Therewillbenoquotalimitforpostdoctoralrecruitment,andannualdoctoralstudentenrollmentslotswillbeguaranteed.Strongsupportwillbeprovidedforbuildingahigh-levelresearchteam.
