二、研究院介绍丨II.AboutBio-XInternationalInstitute
深圳理工大学Bio-X国际研究院(Bio-XInternationalInstitute,BII)成立于2025年11月,由国际知名神经生物学家HelmutKettenmann教授担任院长。研究院依托深圳理工大学在生命健康领域的坚实学科基础,以及脑解析与脑模拟重大科技基础设施的科研优势,聚焦神经—胶质互作、脑体交互及非人灵长类研究等特色方向,致力于构建跨学科、高水平的科研与人才汇聚平台。
研究院通过与世界顶尖科学家开展广泛的国际合作与学术交流,打造生命科学领域的国际交流枢纽,并以国际科研项目与联合培养计划为依托,培养具有全球视野的青年科研人才,持续推动深圳理工大学的国际化发展与全球学术影响力提升。
TheBio-XInternationalInstitutehasbeenestablishedinNovember2025atShenzhenUniversityofAdvancedTechnology(SUAT).Itsmissionisto“connectSUATtotheinternationalsciencecommunity,buildahubforinternationalexchangeinbrainandlifesciences,andtherebyacceleratetheinternationalizationprocessofSUAT.”TheInstituteintendstosetuponeInternationalAcademicCenter,focusingontheexchangewithworld-classscientists,internationaljuniorscientistsandstudentswiththegoaltoestablishlong-termcollaborations.Tocreatealocalhubfortheinternationalexchange,theinstitutewillestablishthreecoreresearchcenters:theCenterforNeuron–GliaInteraction,theCenterforBrainBodyInteraction,andtheCenterforPrimateBiologyandClinicalTranslation.AnimportantpartoftheinstitutewillbeanAdministrativeCenterwhichcoordinatesalltheseinternationalactivities,namelythelectureprogram,theresearchcollaborations,thestudentexchange,theclinicaltranslation,andthefundingacquisition.Alltheseactivitiesarecoordinatedbyasteeringcommittee,andanInternationalAcademicAdvisoryBoardwillguide,advise,andcontrolallactivities.Theinstitutewillinvitetopinternationalscientiststoserveasambassadors,exploringanadjunctprofessorshipsystemandestablishingMemorandaofUnderstandingwithworld-classinternationalinstitutions,andtoestablishjointcollaborations.

应已在相关的学术领域拥有持续性、高水平的学术产出和广泛的学术影响力,具有成为学科领域领军人物的潜力,有一定的国际知名度;一般应为在海内外知名大学或科研机构工作的独立PI。
Candidatesshouldhavesustained,high-levelscientificoutputandbroadacademicinfluenceintherelevantfield,withthepotentialtobecomealeadingfigureinthedisciplineandpossessinternationalrecognition.Generally,candidatesshouldbeindependentPrincipalInvestigators(PIs)workingatrenowneduniversitiesorresearchinstitutionsdomesticallyorinternationally.
·副教授丨AssociateProfessor:
应已获得较为优秀的学术成果,显示出了较强的学术影响力和发展能力,其成果已经被国内外学术界认可;一般应为40岁以内,有独立发展的能力和持续发展的潜力的青年人才。

应在海内外知名高校取得相关领域的博士学位,有2年以上工作经验者优先;具有较强的科研能力及团队协作精神;国内应聘者应已至少主持国自然青年基金或同等级别的国家级项目1项。

2.科研助理教授/博士后岗位的基本职责为:

(2.1)国家计划入选者,可得93万生活补贴,分3年发放;Selectedfornationalprograms:eligiblefora930,000RMBlivingsubsidy,disbursedover3years.
(2.2)符合要求者可申请深圳市生活补贴36万,分2年发放。海外前200名博士院校毕业者,可申请深圳市生活补贴提高至60万,分2年发放(不可兼得);EligiblecandidatescanapplyforaShenzhenlivingsubsidyof360,000RMB,disbursedover2years.Graduatesfromoverseasdoctoralinstitutionsrankedinthetop200canapplyforanincreasedShenzhenlivingsubsidyof600,000RMB,disbursedover2years(cannotbecombinedwiththeabove).
(2.3)博士后出站留(校)深可申请深圳市生活补贴资助36万/3年,本校博士后出站留本校可再申请光明区生活补贴资助30万3年;PostdocswhoremaininShenzhen(attheuniversity)uponcompletioncanapplyforaShenzhenlivingsubsidyof360,000RMBover3years;postdocsfromthisuniversitywhoremainattheuniversityuponcompletioncanadditionallyapplyforaGuangmingDistrictlivingsubsidyof300,000RMBover3years.
