二、生命健康学院简介

深圳理工大学生命健康学院是依托深圳市“双区”优势,聚焦国家重大科技战略与民生需求(如老龄化、精神疾病等)的高水平交叉学科教研平台。学院下设生物系、神经生物系、精神健康与公共卫生系、智能交叉科学中心四大院系,重点发展神经生物与精神健康、干细胞与再生医学、生物智能交叉等六大科研方向,旨在构建“基础研究-应用转化”贯通创新体系。
TheFacultyofLifeandHealthSciences(FLHS)atSUATleveragesShenzhen’sadvantagesasapilotdemonstrationareaandacoreengineoftheGreaterBayArea.Itservesasahigh-levelinterdisciplinaryplatformforteachingandresearch,focusingonmajornationalscientificstrategiesandsocietalneedssuchasagingandmentalhealth.TheSchoolcomprisesfourdepartments—Biology,Neuroscience,MentalHealthandPublicHealth,andInterdisciplinaryCenterforBio-Intelligence—andfocusesonsixkeyresearchareas,includingneurobiologyandmentalhealth,stemcellandregenerativemedicine,andbio-intelligence.Itsmissionistoestablishanintegratedinnovationsystembridgingfundamentalresearchandappliedtranslation.
学院汇聚了学术水平与产业转化能力卓越的24位中、德、美教授专家,深入开展学科建设和教研合作,现有国家级人才28人次(包括院士2人,国家重大人才工程专家5人等),获得国家级教学成果奖3人次,省部级教学成果奖1人次。依托深圳市脑解析与脑模拟重大科技基础设施(设备总值8.8亿元)、光明脑科学技术产业创新中心及多个省部级重点实验室,学院在神经退行性疾病、类脑智能等领域成果显著,近三年发表Nature、Cell等高水平论文290篇,获批国家级及省市级项目超50项(经费逾亿元),孵化多个拥有自主知识产权的生物医药企业并推动多款新药进入临床试验。

1.协助学科建设与专业发展

Ø协助院长推进学科建设,作为核心成员参与国内首个“神经科学”本科专业建设,协同制定课程体系与教学质量标准;
AssisttheDeaninadvancingdisciplinarydevelopmentandtakealeadingroleinlaunchingtheundergraduateprograminNeuroscience,jointlyshapingcurriculumsystemsandteachingqualitystandards.
Ø协助院长分步骤落实“双一流”学科建设任务,完善本科与研究生专业的衔接体系,确保教学工作与学科评估指标协同推进。
AssisttheDeaninexecutingthe“DoubleFirst-Class”disciplinaryconstructiontasksinstages,enhancingthecoherencebetweenundergraduateandgraduateprogramswhilecoordinatingteachingeffortswithdisciplinaryevaluationmetrics.

Ø系统谋划教学成果奖的培育与申报工作,推动高水平教学成果的产出与凝练;

1.具有良好的师德师风,在生物学、药学、医学等相关教学领域取得突出业绩;
