一、南开商科介绍

1919年10月17日，伴随着五四运动的春风，南开大学正式建校，首任校长张伯苓先生提出“文以治国，理以强国，商以富国”的办学理念，开创了中国近代商科教育的先河，耶鲁大学博士何廉和方显廷先后执掌南开商科，确立了以改良中国工商事业为教学科研目标，规定商科学生论文选题“必选择中国问题”，教师和学生深入中国企业进行调查研究。1929年南开商学院成立后，更以“知中国，服务中国”为宗旨，培养了中国最早一批工商管理精英人才，完成《中国棉纺织业》、南开价格指数等高水平的研究成果。

百年峥嵘，初心未改，踔厉奋发，继往开来。南开商科始终聚焦于学术创新前沿和重大社会需求，以厚重理论回应重大现实问题，立志创建世界一流商科的“南开维度”。学科拥有国家重点学科、教育部人文社科重点研究基地、教育部省部共建协同创新中心、天津市哲学社会科学重点研究基地等重要平台，在管理学、公司治理、创业管理、旅游管理等研究领域领先全国。1998年创办首份由高校商学院主办的管理类学术刊物《南开管理评论》，目前已成为中国工商管理学科重要的学术品牌和思想阵地。2007年工商管理学科在全国学科评估中并列第三名，2017年工商管理学科在全国第四轮学科评估中获评A等，在全国第五轮学科评估中取得重大突破，学科人才培养体系和培养质量享誉中外，先后通过AACSB、AMBA、CAMEA等国内外知名认证。

四、招聘岗位：

（一）高端人才岗位：讲席教授岗位、杰出教授岗位、英才教授岗位，具有公认的学术声望和学术影响力，取得标志性的教学与科研成果。

（二）教授、副教授岗位：已取得博士学位，在国内外知名高校、科研机构或者知名企业研发机构有正式教学或者科研职位。

（三）助理教授岗位：海内外优秀博士或出站博士后，具有较高的创新能力与突出的发展潜力。

（四）博士后岗位：博士毕业三年以内，具有较强的研究能力与学术潜质（请先联系导师）。

五、应聘要求：

OnOctober17,1919,withthespringbreezeoftheMay4thMovement,NankaiUniversitywasofficiallyestablished.Mr.ZhangBoling,thefirstpresidentofNankaiUniversity,putforwardtheschoolconceptof"governingthecountrybyculture,strengtheningthecountrybyscience,andenrichingthecountrybybusiness",whichblazedatrailinmodernbusinesseducationinChina.ProfessorHeLianandProfessorFangXianting,twodoctorsgraduatedfromYaleUniversity,successivelytookchargeofNankaibusinessdepartment,establishedtheteachingandresearchgoalofimprovingChina'sbusiness,stipulatedthatbusinessstudentsshouldchoose"China'sissues"asthetopicoftheirthesis,andteachersandstudentswenttoChineseenterprisesforinvestigationandresearch.AftertheestablishmentofNankaiBusinessSchoolin1929,withthepurposeof"knowingChinaandservingChina",ittrainedtheearliestbatchofbusinessmanagementelitesinChina,andcompletedhigh-levelresearchachievementssuchasChinaCottonTextileIndustryReportandNankaiPriceIndex.

Overthepasthundredyears,Nankaibusinessscholarshasalwaysfocusedontheacademicfrontierandmajorsocialneeds,andrespondedtovital-realproblemswithprofoundtheories,anddeterminedtocreateworld-classbusinessschool.Wehaveimportantplatformssuchasnationalkeydisciplines,keyresearchbaseofhumanitiesandsocialsciencesoftheMinistryofEducation,collaborativeinnovationcenterjointlybuiltbytheMinistryofEducationandTianjin,keyresearchbaseofphilosophyandsocialsciencesofTianjin,andSinoFrenchjointresearchbase.Weleadthecountryinmanagement,corporategovernance,entrepreneurshipmanagement,tourismmanagementandotherresearchfields.In1998,NankaiManagementReview,thefirstmanagementacademicjournalsponsoredbybusinessschoolsincollegesanduniversities,wasfounded.Now,ithasbecomeanimportantacademicbrandandideologicalfrontofChina'sbusinessadministrationdiscipline.In2007,thedisciplineofbusinessadministrationrankedthethirdinthenationaldisciplineevaluation.In2017,thedisciplineofbusinessadministrationwasratedAinthefourthroundofnationaldisciplineevaluation.Significantbreakthroughshavebeenmadeinthefifthroundofnationalsubjectevaluation.Thedisciplinetalenttrainingsystemandqualityarerenownedathomeandabroad,andhavesuccessivelypassedAACSB,AMBA,CAMEAandotherwell-knowncertifications.
