任职要求
年龄22至45周岁，性别不限；
母语为英语，且从事其母语国母语教学；
具备以下条件之一（符合其一即可）：
①取得教育类、语言类或师范类学士及以上学位（可免除工作经历要求）；
②取得所在国教师资格证书或取得符合要求的国际语言教学证书（如TESOL/TEFL等，可免除工作经历要求）；
③其他专业背景者，须具有大学学士及以上学位，且具备2年以上语言教育工作经历,如国际学校英语文学教学或中国学生英语教学经历；
具备扎实的英语学科专业知识与先进的教学法素养，能精准把握中学阶段英语教学规律；
热爱教育事业，具备良好的课堂管理能力、沟通协调能力，愿意积极融入学校教育教学团队；
尊重中国传统道德及学校文化传承，愿意遵守中国法律法规及学校各项规章制度。

岗位职责
（一）教学核心工作
承担七年级和高一年级英语口语教学任务，聚焦学生口语技能提升，设计生动有效的教学活动；
依据学校课程规划与教育目标，制定科学合理的教学计划，认真完成备课、授课、教学评价等全流程教学工作。
（二）课外指导工作
负责指导学校英语竞赛相关工作，包括赛前培训、赛事组织等，并担任英语比赛评委；
参与英语社团活动开展，策划各类英语文化体验活动，营造浓厚的校园英语学习氛围。
（三）其他工作要求
准时参加学校组织的岗前培训、教职工会议及各类教育教学研讨活动；
积极配合校方及校长的工作安排，为学校国际化教育发展提供支持；
引导学生建立并保持良好的课堂行为规范，营造积极向上的课堂氛围；
持续参与专业发展活动，不断提升自身教学水平与专业素养；
完成学校交办的其他与英语教学相关的工作任务。

II.Qualifications
Age22–45,nogenderrestriction.
NativeEnglishspeaker,andtheteachinglanguagemustbetheteacher’snativelanguageoftheirhomecountry.
Meetoneofthefollowingcriteria(anyonequalifies):
①Holdabachelor’sdegreeoraboveinEducation,LanguageStudies,orTeacherEducation(workexperiencerequirementiswaived);
②Holdateachingcertificatefromthehomecountryorarecognizedinternationallanguageteachingcertificate(e.g.,TESOL/TEFL)–workexperiencerequirementiswaived;
③Forcandidateswithotheracademicbackgrounds:holdabachelor’sdegreeoraboveandhaveatleast2yearsoflanguageteachingexperience,suchasteachingEnglishliteratureininternationalschoolsorteachingEnglishtoChinesestudents.
HavesolidprofessionalknowledgeofEnglishandadvancedpedagogicalskills,withtheabilitytoaccuratelygraspthepatternsofEnglishteachingatthesecondarylevel.
Haveapassionforeducation,goodclassroommanagementandcommunicationskills,andawillingnesstoactivelyintegrateintotheschool’steachingteam.
RespecttraditionalChineseethicsandtheschool'sculturalheritage,andbewillingtoabidebyChineselaws,regulations,andallschoolrules.
III.JobResponsibilities
(1)CoreTeachingDuties
DeliveroralEnglishclassesforGrade7andGrade10,focusingonimprovingstudents'speakingskillsanddesigningengagingandeffectiveteachingactivities.
Developsoundteachingplansinaccordancewiththeschool'scurriculumframeworkandeducationalobjectives,andcompletetheentireteachingprocessincludinglessonpreparation,instruction,andassessment.
(2)ExtracurricularGuidance
LeadandorganizeschoolEnglishcompetitions,includingpre‑competitiontrainingandeventcoordination,andserveasajudgeforEnglishcontests.
ParticipateinEnglishclubactivities,planvariousEnglishculturalevents,andfosteravibrantEnglish‑learningatmosphereoncampus.
(3)OtherDuties
Punctuallyattendorientationtraining,facultymeetings,andotherteachingandresearchactivitiesarrangedbytheschool.
Cooperateactivelywiththeschooladministrationandtheprincipal,providingsupportfortheschool'sinternationaleducationdevelopment.
Guidestudentstoestablishandmaintainpositiveclassroombehavior,creatinganencouraginglearningenvironment.
Continuouslyengageinprofessionaldevelopmentactivitiestoenhanceteachingcompetenceandprofessionalism.
CompleteothertasksrelatedtoEnglishteachingasassignedbytheschool.
