二、岗位职责

1.承担外语类相关专业的口语课程及部分专业课程教学工作；严格执行课程教学大纲，保质完成课堂授课、课后答疑辅导、作业批改、过程性考核与期末考评等全流程教学任务；192课时/学期，超出基本课时部分按学校标准计发超课时酬金。

2.积极参与口语教学改革、课程体系优化、校本教学资源开发建设，按时参加教研室各类教研活动，配合完成课程改革研究、教学研讨等工作。

3.协助组织开展外语角、口语赛事、涉外文化交流等第二课堂（涉外文化实践）活动，营造校园外语学习氛围，提升学生语言应用能力。

4.协助学院开展学科专业建设，参与相关项目实施、材料准备等辅助工作，服从学校工作安排，完成交办的其他相关工作。

三、招聘条件

1.须具备硕士研究生及以上学历；优先录用具备外语类、教育学类、商务英语类、经管类专业背景，且拥有高校教学经验的人员。

2.母语为英语优先，非英语母语者需取得英语国家高等院校学位，英语发音地道流利，能够独立开展全英文授课工作。

3.须拥有2年及以上相关教学工作经验；优先持有TEFL/TESOL（不少于120学时）/CELTA等国际英语教学相关资质证书；能够提供办理来华工作许可所需的全部相关材料。

4.原则上年龄不超过50周岁，教学经验特别丰富的优秀人选可酌情放宽，男女不限。

5.熟悉高校英语口语教学模式与授课流程；了解应用型人才培养教学理念，贴合高校人才培养需求；具备优秀的课堂把控能力、师生沟通能力与课堂应变能力。

6.尊重中国风俗习惯，严格遵守中国法律法规及学校规章制度；工作态度认真负责、严谨踏实，责任心强。

五、聘用及待遇

Ⅱ.JobResponsibilities

1.Teachoral-Englishcoursesandselectedprofessionalcourses.Implementcurriculumsyllabistrictly,andcompletethefullrangeofteachingtasksincludingin-classinstruction,after-classtutoring,assignmentmarking,formativeassessmentandfinalevaluation.Thebasicteachingworkloadis192classhourspersemester.Overtimehoursbeyondthebasicquotawillberemuneratedinaccordancewiththeschool’sstandards.

2.Takeanactivepartinoral-Englishteachingreform,curriculumsystemoptimizationandschool-basedteachingresourcedevelopment.Attendteaching-researchactivitiesoftheteachingofficeonschedule,andsupportcurriculum-reformresearchandteachingseminars.

3.Assistinorganizingextracurricularactivities(internationalculturalpracticeevents)suchasEnglishcorners,oral-Englishcompetitionsandinternationalculturalexchangeactivities,soastobuildafavorablecampusforeign-languagelearningatmosphereandimprovestudents’practicallanguagecompetence.

4.Assistthecollegeindisciplineandmajordevelopment,participateinprojectimplementationanddocumentpreparation,followtheschool’sworkarrangements,andcompleteotherassignedtasks.

Ⅲ.Qualifications

1.Master’sdegreeorabove.Candidateswithacademicbackgroundsinforeignlanguages,education,businessEnglish,economicsormanagement,aswellasthosewithprioruniversityteachingexperience,willbegivenpriority.

2.NativeEnglishspeakersarepreferred.Non-nativeEnglishspeakersmustholddegreesfromhighereducationinstitutionsinEnglish-speakingcountries,withauthenticandfluentEnglishpronunciationandtheabilitytodeliverfull-Englishcoursesindependently.

3.Aminimumof2yearsofrelevantteachingexperience.PrioritywillbegiventoapplicantsholdinginternationalEnglishteachingcertificatessuchasTEFL/TESOL(minimum120hours)orCELTA.ApplicantsmustprovidealldocumentsrequiredforapplyingforaChineseWorkPermit.

4.Generallyunder50yearsofage.Exceptionallyqualifiedcandidateswithextensiveteachingexperiencemaybeconsideredwithageflexibility.Nogenderrestriction.
