二、研究项目

II.ResearchProjects

研究项目一（1人）：温度胁迫下花药发育的小RNA调控机制，研究大麦、水稻在高温、低温胁迫条件下，包括生殖期相位小干扰RNA（phasiRNAs）在内的小RNA通路如何调控花药发育与花粉生成，探究谷物对温带、热带气候的生殖适应性。

Project1(1position):sRNAregulatorymechanismsunderlyingantherdevelopmentundertemperaturestress.ThisprojectaimstounderstandhowsRNApathways(includingreproductivephasedsecondarysmallinterferingRNAs,phasiRNAs)regulateantherdevelopmentandpollenproductioninbarleyandriceexposedheatandcoldstress.Itaddressesreproductiveadaptationofcerealcropstotemperateandtropicalclimates.

研究项目二（1人）：水稻花药中24-nt相位小干扰RNA（phasiRNA）的生成与作用机制，利用现有突变体开展表型与分子鉴定，解析靶标基因如何调控发育花药中phasiRNA的生成及功能；同时评估突变体是否存在环境敏感型基因雄性不育特性。

Project2(1position):Mechanismsof24‑ntphasiRNAsbiogenesisandfunctionalinriceanthers.ThisprojectcombinesphenotypicandmolecularcharacterizationofseveralavailablemutantstodeterminehowtargetgenesregulatephasiRNAbiogenesisandfunctionindevelopinganthers.Itwillalsoassesswhethermutantsexhibitenvironmentallysensitivegenicmalesterility.

博士后须独立主持上述一个研究项目，并指导学生开展实验工作。

Theappointedpostdoctoralfellowwillindependentlyleadoneoftheabove‑listedresearchprojectsandsupervisegraduatestudentsinexperimentalresearch.

III.EligibilityCriteria

3.年龄不超过35周岁，获得植物分子生物学、细胞生物学、遗传学相关专业博士学位，有基因组学及其他组学研究背景者优先考虑；

3.Applicantsshallbenoolderthan35 yearsofage,andholdaPhDdegreeinplantmolecularbiology,cellbiology,geneticsorrelateddisciplines.Candidateswithexpertiseingenomicsorotheromicsapproachesarepreferred.

4.以一作或通讯作者身份在相关研究领域国际主流学术期刊发表过高质量论文，具备独立研究的能力，具有生物信息学、高通量表型分析或显微成像工作经验者优先考虑。

4.Havepublishedhigh‑qualityresearcharticlesasfirstorcorrespondingauthorinreputableinternationaljournalsoftherelevantfield,anddemonstratecapacityforindependentresearch.Priorhands‑onexperienceinbioinformatics,high‑throughputphenotypingormicroscopicimagingishighlydesirable.
