首都医学科学创新中心[ChineseInstitutesforMedicalResearch(CIMR),Beijing]（简称创新中心）是北京市2023年11月成立的具有独立法人资格的新型研发机构。作为首都医科大学新校区建设三大板块之一，创新中心以推动医学科学发展、改善人类健康为目标，开展生物医学研究，致力于提升医学科学创新与成果转化能力，提高疾病诊断和治疗水平。我们将汇聚世界高水平科学家，与首都医学教育和科学研究优质资源紧密合作，打造多学科交叉融合的科研平台，综合自由探索、医学目标导向、有组织科研等途径，实践新型科研模式和体制机制，培养适应医学科学创新发展的优秀人才，推进医教研产的深度融合，助力首都医科大学成为世界一流的医科大学。

免疫研究所介绍

免疫研究所成立于2024年，由特聘资深免疫学家孙少聪教授担任创始所长，现有8位PI和8个独立实验室。依托首都医学科学创新中心及合作单位的跨学科平台，并以免疫所为核心，建有“自身免疫疾病机制研究与新药研发北京市重点实验室”。研究所致力于免疫学前沿领域的基础与转化研究，聚焦免疫系统调控与疾病干预的核心科学问题，主要研究方向包括：免疫耐受与免疫调控机制，新型免疫调节分子的发现与药物筛选，自身免疫和炎症性疾病的致病机制和治疗策略，肿瘤免疫机制与免疫治疗，感染与免疫，神经免疫等。通过多学科协同创新和国内外学术交流，研究所旨在推动免疫学理论的突破性进展，开发变革性临床治疗工具，并培养具有国际竞争力的创新人才。

独立开展和参与实验室课题研究工作；

协助PI指导研究生工作。

任职要求

具有免疫学、生物医学或相关领域研究背景，即将或已经获得博士学位（原则上毕业不超过3年），具备扎实的学科理论基础和实验技能；

具备独立开展科研工作和指导研究生能力，对科研工作充满热情，工作严谨负责；

具备熟练的英文交流和读写能力，能熟练阅读专业文献，可独立撰写英文学术论文；

具有以下研究背景者优先：小鼠肿瘤免疫模型构建，自身免疫疾病机制研究，生物信息学分析经验，免疫调节分子研究。

AboutChineseInstituteforImmunology

ChineseInstituteforImmunologywasestablishedin2024,withProfessorShao-CongSun,adistinguishedimmunologist,servingasthefoundingdirector.Theinstitutecurrentlyhas8PrincipalInvestigators(PIs)and8independentlaboratories.LeveragingtheinterdisciplinaryplatformoftheCIMRandcollaboratinginstitutions,theinstituteservesasthecoreunitoftheBeijingKeyLaboratoryofAutoimmuneDiseaseMechanismResearchandNovelDrugDevelopment.Theinstituteisdedicatedtofundamentalandtranslationalresearchintheforefrontfieldofimmunology.Theresearchfocusesoncorescientificissuesrelatedtoimmunesystemregulationanddiseaseintervention,withmajorresearchdirectionsincluding:mechanismsofimmunetoleranceandimmuneregulation,discoveryanddrugscreeningofnovelimmunomodulatorymolecules,pathogenesisandtherapeuticstrategiesforautoimmuneandinflammatorydiseases,mechanismsoftumorimmunityandimmunotherapy,infectionandimmunity,andneuroimmunology.Throughinterdisciplinarycollaborativeinnovationanddomesticandinternationalacademicexchanges,theinstituteaimstopromotegroundbreakingadvancementsinimmunologicaltheories,developtransformativeclinicaltherapeutictools,andcultivateinnovativetalentswithinternationalcompetitiveness.

Qualifications:

a.Doctoraldegree(orexpectedgraduation)inImmunology,Biomedicine,orrelatedfields(within3yearsofgraduation),withsolidtheoreticalfoundationandexperimentalskills.

b.Possessesthecapabilitytoindependentlyconductscientificresearchandmentorgraduatestudents,demonstratingbothpassionandrigorousmethodologyinscholarlyendeavors.

c.ProficientinEnglishcommunicationandwriting,withtheabilitytocomprehendprofessionalliteratureandindependentlyproduceacademicpapers.

d.Preferredcandidateswithresearchbackgroundin:mousetumorimmunemodelconstruction,autoimmunediseasemechanismresearch,bioinformaticsanalysisandimmunoregulatorymolecularresearch.
