一、学校简介
青岛幼儿师范高等专科学校成立于2020年3月，是一所以师范教育为底色，以非师范教育为支撑和延伸的专科层次全日制普通高等学校。学校坐落于上合示范区核心区，地处胶州湾北侧，北邻胶东机场，南接胶州湾跨海大桥，总占地面积503亩，地理位置优越，交通便利。
学校设有教育、艺术、信息等9大类44个招生专业，包括学前教育、体育教育2大教育类专业；另外设有商贸类、珠宝类、文旅与厨艺类、信息类、语言类、艺术与传媒类6大领域特色招生专业。学校教学设备完善、实训资源丰富，建有现代化实践教学场所和理实一体实训室500余间。全日制在校学生总数10000余人，教职工520余人。
二、应聘条件
（一）遵守中华人民共和国法律法规，身体健康，无犯罪记录。
（二）具有良好的道德品行和适应岗位的身体条件、心理素质。
（三）符合招聘岗位的学历、学位、专业、方向等要求。从事语言类教学的外教，原则上应从事其母语国母语教学，并取得母语国硕士以上学历学位，且具有2年以上语言教育相关工作经历。
（四）若应聘者之前有在中国执教经历，其工作经历须满足以下条件：
1.在职期间服从原单位管理；
2.无在华犯罪记录；
3.无恶意离职经历。
（五）应聘者须到校参加线下面试，学校将通过官方邮箱，向入围面试人员另行通知具体面试安排，面试地点设在青岛幼儿师范高等专科学校。

四、岗位职责及相关待遇
（一）到岗时间
2026年8月—2027年7月
（二）教学任务
语言类外聘外籍教师标准周课时8-10节（每课时45分钟）。
外籍英语教师承担以下工作职责：面向学校学生开展专业英语、公共英语课程教学工作，完成备课、教案撰写、课件制作、教学计划制定、课程标准落实、作业批改、学生辅导答疑、成绩评定、成绩录入及成绩归档等教学相关工作。同时，需积极配合开展英语课程建设及教学研讨活动，组织英语角及各类英语文化活动，指导学生开展口语训练、批改学生作文，协助中国教师辅导学生参与演讲及各类比（竞）赛，完成教研室交办的其他教学科研工作。超出规定教学任务的课时将另行计算报酬。
（三）薪资标准
1.外聘语言教师的劳务报酬按实际授课课时核算，执行约定课时费标准，据实结算。
2.具体课时费线下面谈。
（四）福利待遇
1.学校将为首次到岗的外籍教师统一提供接机/接站及住宿安置相关服务。
2.学校在聘用外籍教师期间为其免费提供教师公寓居住，公寓内配备基本家具及常用电器，可满足日常居住需求。

II.EligibilityRequirements
1.AbidebythelawsandregulationsofthePeople’sRepublicofChina,maintaingoodphysicalhealthandhavenocriminalrecord.
2.Possesssoundmoralintegrity,aswellasphysicalandmentalfitnesssuitablefortheteachingposition.
3.Meettherequirementsonacademicdegree,majorandspecializationforthepost.Foreignlanguageteachersshallprimarilyteachtheirnativelanguage.Theymustholdamaster’sorhigherdegreefromauniversityoreducationalinstitutionintheirnativecountryandhaveaminimumof2yearsofrelevantlanguageteachingexperience.
4.ForapplicantswithpriorteachingexperienceinChina,theyshallsatisfyallthefollowingcriteria:
